          Usually we get hired with specific projects in mind. In this case however, we were, and still are outsourced to maintain and manage this company’s database. In short, we are treated as part of their team. So much so, we get handed the marketing initiatives and projects they undertake as well.

That’s why our client has to keep on top of what equipment the companies in their database use, who the decision makers they need to liaise with are, and the best way to get in touch. It’s also a fringe benefit that we often end up calling companies that have been meaning to give our client a call, but have been too busy with other priorities to pick up the phone. We notify our client, and our client chases it up instead. Simple.

          In 2011 they also approached us to invite representatives from prospective client businesses to an international exhibition they would be attending. We zipped through the records, finding 38 ready and willing attendees in just 10 days.
