          Although our main activity is setting high quality sales appointments, we are sometimes used for other services.

          One international flooring company hired us in 2009 just for a basic data cleansing exercise, to bring their database up to scratch so they could use it whenever they needed to generate more business and revenue. What set this project aside was that a company of their size needed executive decision makers for other national or international companies. For most records we needed at least a regional or national director.

          We not only got the correct decision makers, but spoke to them about their contracts, which products they used, who their suppliers were and whether they’d be looking to change. By the end of 20 days, not only had the data had been thoroughly cleansed, but we had generated 131 solid leads where we had spoken to the right person and they were happy to find out more.

          As ever, the results were excellent, and the company came back to us for a market research project at the end of 2011. We’re confident we’ll be hearing from them for many years to come.
